Happy Mandarin’s very first and much awaited summer camp is around the corner! We are ready to welcome you to chill out during the hot Dubai summers at our summer camp starting on the 16th of July!
Ideal for 4 to 12-year-olds, you can enjoy a inspiring and fun environment and get through the hot summer months with us.
Lessons are designed to be creative, surprising, and engaging. From 9 a.m. to noon each morning, campers learn through discovery, practice, mentorship, and collaboration. Each day, campers study the techniques used to craft the language. Campers author numerous creative pieces in various genres, sharing their work along the way with their workshop colleagues. These summer workshops emphasize all aspects of the writing, listening and speaking of Mandarin, from idea generation to revision to writing.
You’ll learn Mandarin Chinese in a traditional summer camp setting.
Our counselors will help you learn new words and phrases that will help you to make new friends, locate activities, play Chinese games, sing Chinese songs, and explore your newly-discovered, Chinese-speaking world.
Our language camp, gives our participants the opportunity to practice listening, speaking and thinking in Chinese as they take part in daily cultural activities. You’ll love exploring the language and traditions of China by tasting authentic Cantonese, Mandarin and Szechwan cuisine. You will learn to order your own meal —using Chinese words, of course! Learn about the graceful movements of martial arts such as gonfu (kong fu) or taìjíqúan (Tai Chi). Enjoy celebrating traditional Chinese holidays such as duanwujie (dragon boat festival) and poshuijie (water festival). China’s rich history and diverse cultural traditions come alive through shufa (calligraphy), làrǎn (batik) or zuocài (Chinese cooking.
